Alamo Landing Field (L92) is situated in southeastern Nevada, at 3,719 feet (Mean Sea Level). The airport is located in Lincoln County, Nevada approximately 2 miles west of the town of Alamo, in Sections 1, 6, 7, and 12 in Township 7 South, Ranges 60 and 61 East. The current airport property contains 640 acres leased from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The airport is located 7 miles north of the Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge and 12 miles south of the Pittman Wildlife Management Area. Lincoln County is the third largest county in terms of acreage (10,635 square miles). The Alamo Landing Field is included in the Nevada Airport System Plan. The airport is also included in the FAA’s National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS). Due to its inclusion in the NPIAS, the airport is eligible for federal grant assistance under the Airport Improvement Program (AIP). The NPIAS classifies Alamo Landing Field as a Basic Utility airport, serving General Aviation aircraft. There is no commercial passenger service.
